2021.2.18 The Cost Index based on Delhi Plinth Area Rates – 2007 as base 100 as on 1/10/2007, as corresponds to DSR 2012, is 149. It may be observed that CI of many locations is well above 149. I Thus wonder that for locations that had adopted a higher CI persuant to the above notifications, would they observe a negative trend?
